Your photos, handled carefully.

Super Stuffie is designed around photos of stuffed animals, not children. Please upload a photo of the stuffie by itself.

What we collect

The photo you upload, the stuffie's name (optional) and the style you choose.
Order details: email, shipping address and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never touch our servers.
Anonymous usage events (which pages and steps you visit) tied to a random session id, plus ad-attribution parameters when present.

Uploads are stored in private storage and accessed only through time-limited signed links.
Location and device metadata (EXIF) is removed from photos when they are processed.
Source photos are retained for 90 days after upload, then deleted. Approved artwork is kept so we can fulfill and reprint your order.
Photos are sent to our image-generation provider solely to create your artwork.

Email hello@superstuffie.com from the address on your order and we'll delete your source photo and artwork.

We never feature customer artwork publicly without explicit permission.
